Overlooking Hot Water Beach and Alderman’s Islands on the East Coast of Coromandel. A courtyard home designed to allow for beautiful ocean views and shelter from sun and wind conditions whilst allowing for natural ventilation. Its architecture aims to sit sensitively into sites coastal natural environment.

Natural low carbon materials and native restoration planting enhance the sites ecology and biodiversity. Local native timber and stone provide warmth and durability.
